El Cajon Request 20070910

The Citizens’ Oversight Projects (COPs) are composed of citizens who observe and report on the operation of governmental bodies, such as city councils, community planning groups, school district boards, as well as federal and state elected offices. Panelists participate in these proceedings and request information per the Brown Act, the California Public Records Act, and/or the Freedom of Information Act.

Please provide the following information per our rights under the California Public Records Act. We will be carefully logging the timeliness of your responses as a response is normally expected in 10 days. Please use the reference code for each of your responses so we can easily merge your responses back into our public database. We would appreciate electronic response via email if at all possible in addition to any hardcopy communication you might find appropriate.

We appreciate your kind assistance!

Thank you!
