San Diego County, Calif. (August 31, 2010) – To applaud the passage of Chelsea’s Law, which amends California state’s sentencing guidelines for convicted sexual predators, Congressional Candidate Ray Lutz, along with law enforcement officials and representatives of the office of assemblyman and bill author Nathan Fletcher will give remarks at the Rancho Bernardo Community park memorial, where Chelsea King was abducted in February of this year.

The press conference will be held today at 1:15 p.m.
