Blackwater USA representative Brian Bonfiglio admits at the Sept. 13th meeting of the Potrero Planning Group that Blackwater intends to use the Round Potrero Valley for more than training Law Enforcement and Military, and would entertain Border Security Contracts. Also, in the second half of the clip, he admits that Greystone Ltd is part of Blackwater, and is a pure mercenary company, employing "Ex-Pats" and deploying really anywhere.
Note: almost all of the audience is Pro-Blackwater and does not represent the community as the PPG is being recalled, and this panel is mostly lame-ducks.
