Wind Zero, Inc. makes a presentation to the Ocotillo-Nomirage Community Council regarding their proposed training facility, including shooting ranges, driving track, etc. They are not affiliated with Blackwater, and they say they have no intention to sell to Blackwater, although their facility is similar to the one proposed by Blackwater for the Potrero valley, nearby.
