The City of El Cajon arranged this community forum regarding the East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC). The City announced termination of the management agreement with CCT (Christian Community Theater) DBA Art Beat Management as of Dec 31, 2009. Thereafter, the theater will be closed for an indefinite period of time for "renovations" for "up to two years."
